Pasar por una criba la harina y la sal en un tazón grande para mezclar |
Sift the flour and the salt into a large mixing bowl |

Cascar los huevos en el tazón |
Break the eggs into the bowl |

Hacer un hueco en el centro de la harina |
Make a well in the centre of the flour |

Batir los huevos con un batidor o un tenedor |
Whisk the eggs with a whisk or a fork |
